It was originally made to be a condiment for corn bread, black-eyed peas, pork chops, fried potatoes, meatloaf, scrambled eggs, and was actually bottled in old soda bottles and sealed with a cork and wax. Kim began taking the ‘ketchup’ as Salsa to MU Tailgate parties which kick started the business. | ![]() |
